Open Q&A →SOURCE-GROUNDED ISLAMIC RESEARCH
Ask, research, compare, and prepare with evidence drawn from Qur'an, Hadith, Tafsir, and verified scholarly material — with citations you can inspect for yourself.
The Qur'an encourages patience during hardship and describes it as a means of attaining closeness to Allah. Trials are part of life, and Allah is with those who are patient.
إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ
“Indeed, Allah is with those who are patient.” — Qur'an 2:153

Tabayyun separates evidence, attribution, synthesis, and uncertainty — so you can see not just what the answer is, but why it's given, and where the evidence stops.
Direct evidence
A source directly addresses the point.
Attributed scholarship
A view is connected to a named scholar, school, or tafsir.
Synthesis
Multiple verified sources are brought together.
Uncertainty
When evidence is incomplete, Tabayyun says so.
BUILT ON TRUSTED SOURCES
Tabayyun searches 115,000+ indexed sources across Qur'an (6,236 verses), six major hadith collections, and multiple classical tafsir works — preserving source identity and attribution.
QUESTIONS
Standard answers come from a verified internal corpus of 115,805 indexed sources: the full Qur'an (6,236 verses), six major hadith collections, and multiple classical tafsir works. Tabayyun does not search the open web for those answers. Scholar Mode may consult additional outside sources, which are labeled as unverified.
The pipeline is fail-closed: if a citation cannot be verified against retrieved text, it is withheld rather than shown. You may get a more limited answer, or a notice that a requested source could not be confirmed.
No. Tabayyun is a research and educational tool. It is not a mufti and is not a replacement for a qualified scholar, especially for personal rulings.
No tool should be treated as never wrong. Tabayyun is built to ground answers in sources you can check, and to withhold unverified citations — not to claim zero errors or replace scholarly judgment.
